Input on damaged rifling
The only reasonable explanation is that the new chamber is slightly larger (longer) than to old chamber, causing the pressure to build slower when the round is fired. Try something before you give away this lot. Take cases that have been fired through this rifle and reload them with the exact... -

That may be true in its natural state. However, as I understand it, the Uranium in Iran was enriched to about 60%. That would it just slightly less than the Uranium used in the first bomb dropped in WWII. That was extremely radioactive.- danr55

AZ unit 8 late rifle elk.

First thought is 6.5-06. I have one and it is a kick to shoot with light bullets and will take anything with antlers with heavier bullets. OR.. one of the new ACR cartridges would be OK also. 6mm ARC or ?? -
