Spicing up camp food
In regards to freeze dried meals (peak, backpackers pantry, mountain house, etc..), what do you like to add to go along with your meals? What dog food do HTers feed their dogs?
I’ve got coonhounds. I feed the yellow bag of victor dog food. I’ve also feed purina one, sportmix, and black gold.- Danderson

Coonhound beginner
Also I’m speaking from a coon hunters perspective. From what I know about lion and bear hunting with hounds(which is very little) is it is more expensive than just coonhunting.- Danderson

Have you noticed a big difference between the 100 and the 200i? I’ve been contemplating getting rid of the 100 and replacing it with the 200i just for the messaging capabilities. I have coonhounds. I always run a alpha 100 with TT15. It has tracking and training capabilities as well as lights on the collar that you can control from the handheld. Electric chainsaw
I’m a power lineman so we have to use saws quite often for power restoration. Mostly we use gas, but a few of our substation buckets have Milwaukee electric saws. They seem to work pretty well. We have Milwaukee pole saws on all our buckets. They’re also very nice.- Danderson

Introductory post. I’m a Journeyman Lineman from Northeast TN. I hunt raccoons with hounds, deer, and turkey. I’m currently planning a DIY elk hunt to CO for 2nd rifle OTC. Nice to meet you all.
