To me in my opinion the biggest benifit to bows now days vs 10 years ago is the tuneability of them.
Each company has something a bit different, but bows now are much easier for the normal guy to tune. Some you dont even have to have a press to move cams etc.

If the big issue is clearly being able to see through the peep use something like a clarifier.
For the issue with the peep turning correctly that i a bow setup issue. A twist in or out most times will correct it as long as its a good quality string.
Just this last year I put a new set of strings...
Have a 16" Ar that i built for my 12 year old daughter to use for deer.

Looking at the same thing myself
For me my plan is to use a wood stove.
I dont have any issues with using propane if it is a vented system. We use old Warm Morning stoves some and they work well. I just dont want to carry the propane or run out when im hours from any place that sells propane...
I am looking at doing a Spring Turkey hunt next year out west.
Will probably head to CO just because wife has family there.
The question I have is when hunting turkeys in the Mountains what are you normally looking for as far as terrain?
Here at home I am sure it is very different so wanted to...
Our season here in MO opens up April 21st.
