That's what I have been doing, the other day I sat in a hillside for hour's, and some weather rolled in, I glassed this entire mountain range that was nice and open, and I didn't see a thing. I switch tactics from time to time, I'll stop walking and just sit there, hoping something will come...- Bullisticks

Today marks the 6th day I have been out this year in the barely week old season, I have logged over 35 miles on foot, and all I have to show for it is a nice blister and a story of a few does, plus a 6mile walk out in the dark. Seeley lake area
I'm not hunting seeley perse, but close too, Belmont creek up nine mile prairie, looking for elk, muleys and whitetails.
