    Great Social Media posts?

IDK man, I'm of the staunch belief that nobody can give a man as good a handy as he's capable of giving his own self. Always willing to let the lil lady try and prove me wrong though.

Contrary to popular belief, Subarus make perfect turkey wagons.

    Turkeys!!! Let’s see them!

First one of 2023 Tuesday morning. Great morning in the woods, birds were gobbling all around. Took an hr and a half of convincing but finally got him to break and come in for a look.

    Brisket cooking time

I like paper better because it seems like foil softens up that awesome bark you worked so hard to create because it doesn't vent. I've seen and read alot about using the "foil boat" method which basically creating a little tub out of foil and not wrapping the whole thing that I may try someday...

    T & J

The silver lining is in 10 years or so most of those cantankerous old ****s that make up alot of 24hr will be either deceased or locked away in the ol folks home where they can't poison society anymore.

Also funny when I find them, I can only get factory seconds, that cost as much as firsts used to 2 years ago. Love nosler bullets but they've chapped my anus a bit. Jokes on me though as I'm still buying them.

    Switched from compound to recurve

Look up bare shaft tuning and watch a few videos about it. Like stated, correct spine is critical when shooting traditional bows directly off the shelf with fingers. It'll take some tinkering and alot of practice.

Is the Montefeltro played? What's the most core trap gun?

Getcha a Perazzi or Krieghhoff if you wanna be core at clays shooting.

    30 cal 180 accubonds

Yep, just looked again. They are still there. The black coated ones are out of stock you gotta scroll down a bit to the no coated ones.

    Wyoming winter 2023

Assuming I'm not drawing my cow tag this year, and rightly so...sucks to see. Guess I'll be hyper focused on whitetail and waterfowl near home this fall.

Pooping in the Woods - A question of thresholds

Funny this pops back up, as I have a funny pooping story from this past season. One morning I'm in my treestand, watching the sunrise, when the spicy chipotle chili I'd made the day before starts a knocking. Being no stranger to pooping outdoors I don't panic, but I do grab the wipes out of the...

    Interesting list

Hornady seems to have come through. They're everywhere around me. I love Vmax's, but tended to favor ballistic tips and accubonds for game. Now I'm rethinking things. I'll buy nosler if/when I can find them but I'm also leaning more towards hammer for big game and hornadys for varmint rounds.

    140 grain accubonds

Only difference I see in the ones I bought is they have a cannelure. Must be a run for Federal I assume. The jackets are shiny and pretty, and no missing tips.
