flipping of this curve is certainly a direct correlation with the amount of information online allowing outsiders to study hunts and hunt areas. I'm guilty in that I don't study my own state hunts as much as I should.
This is an issue in Idaho too. I do like the idea as a resident of reducing non-res tag numbers but another part of the solution is for Washington to open up more hunting opportunities to residents. I don't know much about Washington, I just hear it's difficult at best as a resident to hunt there.
