    Good Morning Caleb....I saw a lengthly post you made in 2019 regarding Unit 13 in NM. I drew that same tag for this upcoming season and would like to see if you could give me some idea on the unit and where to begin. Thank You in advance.

    Hi,
    I saw your post regarding your hunt in unit 3B in AZ. Was that the late Muzzleloader bull hunt?
    What part of the unit were you in. We are planning to hunt the south part of the unit, but just days before the hunt are having trouble locating good bulls.
    Can you give any advice?

    Hi Dave - S of Hwy 60 is better for numbers and quality. Try the wildlife area south of Hwy 60. I killed N of Hwy 60 but what a grind. Very few elk N of the hwy. Also, bulls tend to winter in the SE corner of 3B. If you're patient, there are some giant bulls in 3B South. But I wouldn't spend much time North of Hwy 60. Good luck! Caleb
