Most guys hunting out west still hunt at home regularly pay leases, crappy public land, maybe family land if they're lucky. I find this whole conversation fascinating. I don't believe Eplus is all good or all bad. IME it's a system set towards working with those stakeholders who can have the most impact on expanding the resource. Can it be considered a direct threat to NAMC sure I can see that. Oklahoma HB 3462 is now law
I'd prefer them to just leave well enough alone stuff like this normally compounds the problem it rarely solves it. But I will add IMO it's a better alternative to the "kill them to save them" tactic employed by other states. It's definitely based on emerging science but couldn't that be said... -
