Residents pay a 1/13th of the cost a non-resident does for an elk license....and they get 75% of the tags (technically more than that).
It's hard for me to feel sorry for anyone with that sweet of a deal.

My Mother-in-law has one and she cooks on it a couple times a week. It is really nice.

1) No trail or cell cameras of any type are allowed to be left unattended on public lands.
2) Cell cameras cannot be used anywhere (public or private) while actively hunting.
