"Gotta be handy with the steel if you know what I mean. Earn your keep". LOL.
Here is what I got on my G20... Pricey and hard to come across right now, but feel that with a larger sight reticle, antifog, waterproof, red dot, yada yada, it "might" help...
Congrats on the tag! I hunted in griz country in Southern Alberta last year. Follow the same stuff you would for black bear, but be very cautious around field dressing.
I carry both a 10mm in archery season & bear spray.
Also, i prefer going in at first light & leaving before dark. Some guys...
Per your comment on another post, living in the States IS fun. This is coming from a former Albertan turned American. I hope you get suppressor rights with Pierre, especially since I hate leaving it at home and coming back to Southern Alberta to hunt.
May God bless you and your family. Life is but a short moment in the eternal perspective of time, but our spirits are everlasting and eternal. We will see our loved ones again. You WILL be with your daughter again. This is Jesus Christ’s gift to the world with his atonement and resurrection...
A hefty fine? They didn’t bring in firearms and it was a small amount of ammo. I don’t think it needs to be so extreme.
Your vehicle could be considered a weapon. So the next time your caught speeding, you’d be fine with prison time?
I guess I just see things through a different lens than you. I hope you never find yourself in a situation where you made a mistake and needed someone to show you some understanding.
It was against the law, no doubt. But clearly and accident. I’m referring to the lack of empathy on your part. These guys are fellow hunters, Americans, husbands and fathers.
Dude, do you think it was possibly a mistake that it was in a zipper that they hadn’t checked? I can’t believe that you’re so hard-core on them accidentally having this in their bag. You treat these guys through your comments like they’re career criminals.
Show some empathy.
