Boots for September elk hunting
I personally use the Crispi Idaho 2. It's a nice mix between a hunting and hiking boot. I haven't regretted it yet -

Bucket list.....
There are many species on my bucket list that I am actively checking off. Another thing for me however is places to hunt. I think that it is so awesome going new places and trying new things. So while I'm filling my list of critters, I am also keeping a second list of places that I've hunted/fished.- IAhawks84

E-Scouting Clear Cuts
Thanks for all of the input everyone! I'm trying to come up with a tentative plan, but that usually goes out the window in the first 24-48 hours of the hunt haha! Going to be fun regardless. I guess I didn't mention we're going in September to archery hunt the rut. We'll see what happens! -

Can't even respond there lol. Totally out of our cornfield element there haha. I guess this thread wasn't meant to be which boot brand and model do I need as a functionality thing. I didn't want to go and say, damn this really is not working for me after I spent $400 on a pair of boots.- IAhawks84
