An issue I see with the two week cow only private land hunt will be access to those private lands, especially in region 7. Somehow there has to be some incentive for land owners to allow access or simply having a hunt and issuing tags will have no impact.
many states have had automated game harvest call lines for a long time. With the advent of the internet, I am sure there would be an easy automated way for hunters to enter harvest information.
I read them religiously, but as the changes seem to have some ambiguity, I am asking to get some clarity. I am trying to understand what IS allowed and how the seasons will work if this new plan is adopted.
Just curious, could a person theoretically hunt both the whitetail and the mule deer seasons if they held b tags for one species and an A tag for another? Or b tags for both?
