There are many ways other than transferable tags to incentivize private landowners to make and maintain elk habitat improvements. See: every other elk state. Small/mid-size trucks, best all around
Frame dimensions are the same as 5th gen 4Runner, but the holes don’t match. I drilled some new ones, reinforced the plate behind the locknut to have 1/2” wide hex screws through 3/8” thick steel.- Pucky Freak
