Thanks for the thumbs up! Both critters were shot with the same rifle/bullet combo just a few miles apart. Browning BAR 7mm w/150 gr. Core Lokt. Pronghorn was about 75yds out. Elk was 300yds. Elk went about 50yds and tipped over.
It sounded like the courtroom emptied out quickly after the case was heard. One of the judges could be heard saying "i guess we know which case everyone was here for."
I have a good feeling that the lower court ruling will be upheld. The 10th circuit did not say when their decision will be made. Anyone know if there is time limit for when they have to respond?

I am pretty sure the bill sponsor has a ranch in the Devils Tower area and he has a bunch of whitetails on it or at least did before quite a few of them died off.
