Handgun Turkey
That’s awesome lol. I just picked up a Rossi brawler, 45lc/410 single shot pistol, and I’ve been thinking it’d be fun to hunt a turkey with it. Due to the rifled barrel, the shot pattern really opens up past 10yds or so, so it’ll be a challenge! I figure I’ll just carry it while I’m hunting...- FairWeather

Suggestions for a quail gun?
Are you sure you’ll need more than 2 shots? I have very limited experience hunting quail, but my experience so far has been flushing 0-3 coveys, getting max 2 shots off on any one before they flit away forever. For the sheer joy of using it, I vote sxs- FairWeather

Sell or Send back first?
I don’t use right handed bolt guns anymore. In this day and age, I just don’t see a reason why we LH shooters should settle for gear that isn’t as well suited as it could be. King for a day, what would you do?
I’d mandate there be a public right of way to access every parcel of public land. No more landlocked public lands, no more need to worry about if corner crossing is legal. I’ve written my congressman and senators about this. Go figure, I didn’t even get a response from any of the 3.- FairWeather

Have you had any issues with the stock cracking? I’ve read a few reviews where folks have had cracks develop on the straight grip single-shot stocks. Hiked that one as well. I don’t remember all the details, but there were patches we got in the Boy Scouts for hiking these various battlefield trails.
